Dear all,I need to take NCSR certifications for Sales but I don’t see this on the Nutanix University.Where is this certification ? Is it possible that I can't find this certification due to an incorrect profile (technician instead of salesperson)? Thank you in advanced for your help.Jason

Issues with online training lab for “Enterprise Cloud Administration (ECA) Online”I’ve been studying for my NCP and when trying to do the labs, they constantly get stuck.It can be any lab and in-between doing steps, a spinning wheel will pop up like some web component is processing or something, but it never stops, and the only way out is to restart the lab from the beginning. Thus almost every lab I have taken 2 to 4 times just to get to completion. It’s very frustrating.Fixes I’ve tried, on Windows: use MS Edge, Firefox, Brave, Chrome. Fixes I tried on MAC, use Edge. Nothing seems to work. Once the mouse pointer turns into a wheel, it cannot select or do anything within the frame. 

I cannot access the Nutanix exam scheduler at PSI. The link at the Exam Course does not redirect to the PSI Exam Scheduler.

How does one become eligible to schedule an exam?  On the scheduling portal I get below.“You are not eligible to take this exam.”“Authorization Needed: This test requires authorization from the test sponsor. If your test sponsor has already transferred a test eligibility/authorization record, it will be available to you after log-in.” This is actually after I couldn't show up for the exam and need to reschedule it.

Hello,i have faced an issue during the NCA test because there is a difference between my name on PSI and my Government ID. and they sent me now to reschedule the test, but i see the name still the same one and i will face the same issue.  I have already sent an request to PSI via online form but no response. Appreciated if you could let me know how to change my full name in the system so that could match my name in government-issued ID for exam registration.Thanks very much.

Hello all!I have an exam (NCP-MCI 6.5) in 7 hours from now. Was just checking everything and I for my big surprise I cannot access Nutanix University today (!?).It was working during the last two weeks without any issues and just today I cannot access, seems that SSO process is failing from Nutanix side. Tested with two different computers and using different web browsers.Anyone else with problems to access Nutanix University? PSI support is really useless, they say they cannot do anything until the time of the exam (what!??). Best,
