The pace of technology changes rapidly these days, and new technologies are rolled out all the time. All that makes it difficult to show current or potential employers that you have the knowledge and skills to be successful, and help the organization meet its goals. Certification has always been a great way to showcase your skills, but a certification that is several years old doesn't reflect your current abilities.To help you show how you are continually growing and advancing your skills, Nutanix University is announcing a new "recertification" policy. Effective January 18, 2023 all Nutanix technical certifications - NCA, all NCPs, and NCM - will expire 2 years from the date you passed the exam — unless you recertify.
