I have got today my NCA Certification and received one e-mail with some info.

 

There are some actions the email ask to follow like:

In the meantime, you can

  • Be on the lookout for an email from Credly’s Acclaim system to accept your digital badge
  • Claim your reward points on Nutanix Connection https://www.nutanix.com/nutanix-connection – Nutanix Customers can redeem points for great Nutanix prizes
  • Visit the NCP/NCAP Certification store at http://store.nutanix.com for shirts, mugs, and more 

I have already received the email from Credly with my digital badge and it is ok

When I try to connect to the Nutanix Connection, I receive the message:  Unfortunately, you do not have access to this hub.

 

I am new on this and I have a doubt. Do the Nutanix Connection is only for Customers? I am a part of one Organization that is a Nutanix Partner and not a Nutanix Customer.

 

Can someone, please, make this clear to me?
