How does one become eligible to schedule an exam? 

 

On the scheduling portal I get below.

“You are not eligible to take this exam.”

“Authorization Needed: This test requires authorization from the test sponsor. If your test sponsor has already transferred a test eligibility/authorization record, it will be available to you after log-in.”

 

This is actually after I couldn't show up for the exam and need to reschedule it.

 

I had a similar experience with this recently.

 

I emailed the Nutanix University support team, and they were able to assist me within 2 business days.

If logging out/in and refreshing the page doesn’t work (those steps can trigger an eligibility refresh), email us (university@nutanix.com) and we’ll get it fixed.
