Issues with online training lab for “Enterprise Cloud Administration (ECA) Online”
I’ve been studying for my NCP and when trying to do the labs, they constantly get stuck.
It can be any lab and in-between doing steps, a spinning wheel will pop up like some web component is processing or something, but it never stops, and the only way out is to restart the lab from the beginning. Thus almost every lab I have taken 2 to 4 times just to get to completion. It’s very frustrating.
Fixes I’ve tried, on Windows: use MS Edge, Firefox, Brave, Chrome. Fixes I tried on MAC, use Edge. Nothing seems to work.
Once the mouse pointer turns into a wheel, it cannot select or do anything within the frame.
