Either be hired on by Nutanix or an Authorized Training Center.
There is currently an open trainer position in the US if you check https://nutanix.eightfold.ai/careers?&domain=nutanix.com

Don’t we need any kind of instructor certification.
I am VCI (VMware Certified Instructor) and MCT (Microsoft Certified Trainer) for Azure.
