Hola team, tengo una duda técnica sobre la gestión de almacenamiento en nuestro clúster Nutanix G5 con hypervisor AHV y máquinas virtuales Windows Server.Actualmente, en la consola de Prism Element, el widget de Storage Summary nos indica un uso físico de 23.32 TiB sobre 30.76 TiB de capacidad, dejando apenas 7.44 TiB libres, con un consumo acumulado de 3.03 TiB catalogado estrictamente bajo el concepto de Snapshot.A raíz de este consumo, surgió un debate en el equipo donde un compañero asegura que estos snapshots corresponden directamente a discos virtuales de las máquinas y que, si procedemos a borrarlos, las VMs en producción se dañarán o perderán sus unidades asociadas. Quisiera que por favor me ayuden aclarando desde las mejores prácticas oficiales si borrar estos snapshots desde la consola (a través de Data Protection o la pestaña de VM Snapshots representa en realidad algún riesgo de corromper los vDisks o dañar las VMs en ejecución, cuál es el procedimiento recomendado para ide

Buenas,Tengo 2 entornos configurados con Metro Availability y replicación síncrona.Se esta trabajando con el cliente en crear scipts para automatizar las tareas de creación y revert de recovery point, aunque la documentación oficial de Nutanix indica que sí debería estar disponible bajo estas condiciones. la opción esta deshabilitada.En la guía de Nutanix Disaster Recovery, en el apartado de restauración in-place, se indica que una VM protegida con replicación síncrona sí puede revertirse, siempre que el Recovery Point se haya creado de forma manual desde Prism Central. Support / diagnostic informationI also attempted to open a Nutanix Support case. However, because this is a Community Edition lab cluster, the cluster is not listed as eligible for support in the Support Portal.I have therefore collected the diagnostic information locally and am requesting guidance from the Community before performing any unsupported recovery action.NCC health checks completed with:171 PASS 2 INFO 0 WARN 0 FAILA Logbay bundle was also successfully collected from all three CVMs covering LCM, Genesis, Ergon, Mercury, NCC, Prism, Cluster Config and ZooKeeper logs.I can provide specific sanitized log excerpts if needed.

i need to unregister cluster from PC that many clusters registered with same thic PC .what will happen to the license of the cluster that i need to unregister , does it need to be reclaimed? or when i register the cluster to another PC it will be exist  same as ? when i do clean up process will it effect on other clusters?

While deploying Nutanix three nodes cluster we are not able to ping default gateway from all the hosts.Please suggest end customer network team is working on the same but do anyone has faced similar kind of issue.

Hi everyone,I am trying to stop/destroy a 3-node Nutanix AHV cluster running on HPE ProLiant DX hardware in an offline/dark-site environment to reconfigure network IPs.Whenever I run "cluster stop" or "cluster destroy", the command fails with the following critical error: "CRITICAL MainThread cluster:3611 Destroy is in progress on the nodes: ['192.168.10.18']" Environment details:- Hardware: HPE ProLiant DX (Enterprise AOS)- Nodes: 3 (192.168.10.14, 192.168.10.15, 192.168.10.18)- Current State in 'cluster status': * CVM: 192.168.10.14 Up * CVM: 192.168.10.15 Up, ZeusLeader * CVM: 192.168.10.18 Up, Unconfiguring- User VMs: All powered off (State: Off)What is happening:- On CVM .18, ~/data/logs/genesis.out is stuck in a loop reporting: "INFO node_manager.py:1124 Unconfiguring node... Hello.After update to AHV 11.0.1.6, AOS 7.5.1.10 the behaviour of our cluster changes.Before the update, the machines were distributed evenly across all hosts at startup.Now the clients started on small number of hosts. When the host reaches 90% CPU-Util, the next host will be used.On our hosts we have nVidia A16 installed. With 60VMs on one host (were using 2Q and 4Q profiles) the VMs don’t work as expected anymore.Nutanix support means, that this behaviour is normal.. I don’t think so.Is there a chance to achieve a better distribution of the VMs?With the actual situation a normal work is for our users not possible. Thanks in advance for your answers. RegardsDirk Emmermacher
