non_migratable_vm_action what is the difference between block and acpi_shutdown?

Hi,I am confused by information in the prism central infrastructure guide Prism pc.2024.3.1 - Defining Behaviour for Non-migratable VMs (GPU/CPU/PCI/Host Affinity configured VMs) non_migratable_vm_action: By default, this parameter is set to block, which means the non-migratable VMs are shut down when you put a node into maintenance mode. For more information on non-migratable VMs, see Non-Migratable VMs.If you want to automatically shut down such VMs for the duration of the maintenance mode, set this parameter to acpi_shutdown. It seems both settings result in shutting down the VMs. Am I missing something, or is there an error in the documentation? I assumed block would prevent maintenance mode and keep the VMs running. Please help me here. I am unable to deploy the prism central. Prism Element is not compatible to enable Microservice Infrastructure: cmsp domain ltimindtree.com name already in use, Domain name must be atleast 3 sub domain long

CE Activation

Hi, I’ve already a MyNutanix and Next-Account, both with the same mailaddress. If I try to activate the community edition, ill get the response, that my mynutanix-Account seems to be not activated. But im just able to login to my mynutanix account. If I Login to my Next-Account on my Nutanix-CE Server, ill get the Response: Your .NEXT account does not have the required Community Edition. role. Please request the role from your Nutanix contact or on the .NEXT forum Does someone have an idea ? Thx

VMs on same VLAN unreachable.

Hi new here, I have set up a one node cluster following the Nutanix university videos. I added a subnet with vlan 500 on the the vs0 and installed 2 VMs and connected both to the same subnet however I can not reach any but can reach the CVM & host would there be a step am missing?

Uplink recognition issue on a specific server after initial installation

I have a question. I installed AHV on three servers and successfully configured a cluster. I left the network settings as default during the installation. However, after the setup, when I check the Network Configuration, I notice that on one of the servers, all uplink ports are missing. The strange part is that this doesn’t always happen on the same server — it randomly affects one of the three servers. On the affected server, all uplink ports are shown as disconnected. So I try to configure the bond again by selecting the disconnected uplink ports. When I do this, the server enters maintenance mode and starts a rolling upgrade process, but it never completes — it just stays stuck in a pending state. I checked the server’s BIOS settings, and everything looks normal there. What could be causing this issue?

Request for VDDK 6.0.3 for Nutanix Move

Hello everyone, I am currently facing an issue and need assistance. I am unable to locate and download VDDK 6.0.3, which is required for Nutanix Move to Upload and migrate VMs from vSphere ESXi 5.1. I have already checked the VMware (Broadcom) website, but the minimum version available for download is VDDK 6.7. If anyone has the VDDK 6.0.3 file saved or knows an alternative source for obtaining it, I would greatly appreciate it if you could share it with me.

Hi can these compatibility errors: cause this error: or is this 2 separated issues? where the system/server is not recognized? and if so, i have tried to find a list of supported hdd of the same size, 600gb everything is working, except that i cant upgrade ahv
