Can I please get the Community Roll. I am trying to get going on my Nutanix cluster and I get this error.

Email portal-accounts@nutanix.com and ask for the CE role to be added to your profile. Provide your login email address. 
 

 


Thanks for the info. I just sent anything else since email. How long does support take to give you the role?


I am just starting out and going through the similar hiccups as you. My initial email was answered within a few hours but my follow up email hasn’t be answered yet. 

Currently, I’m stuck at the NEXT credentials page with a ‘bad credentials’ error.


I sent my email a few hours ago. I won’t hear from them probably until Monday. 
 

Oh man… that sucks. At least you are ahead of me. Can you do a forgot password and reset your credentials?
