VM freezing

A Red Hat VM is freezing on the Nutanix platform. VM unresponsive and no logging.Has anyone experienced this, and any suggestions on what to do to figure out what is going on? Was a bit unsure which category to raise this question. Thanx.

Nutanix files 4.0

we are unable to configure Nutanix file server backup from veeam, actually we are not able to ping FSVM IP from Veeam backup server and currently no block in ports/VLAN.we are able to ping Nutanix file storage IP but not FSVM IP.any advise or suggestion.

Disk removal task stuck for weeks.

Hi,I have a Dell PowerEdge CE single node cluster with all SSDs. The tier 1 SSDs are SAS and the tier 2 SSDs are SATA. I have a SATA SSD that CE decided to remove. The node IDRAC shows all disks are good. I need to get the Disk removal task stopped.Please let me know what I need to do to resolve this issue?Thanks for any help.

Container with specified UUID does not exist

api/nutanix/v2.0/storage_containers/uuidgot response body  for storage container as uuid does not exist. In nutanix client , storage container is in active state.

#Nutanix had a very successful certification day in #Riyadh. We anticipated 25 keen tech enthusiasts from our end user group, but ended up filling the room with 47 of our technical champions.
