Question

VMs on same VLAN unreachable.

Hi new here, I have set up a one node cluster following the Nutanix university videos. I added a subnet with vlan 500 on the the vs0 and installed 2 VMs  and connected both to the same subnet  however I can not reach any but can reach the CVM & host would there be a step am missing?

Is the vlan configured on the physical switchport?

Are you running nested??

What do you mean you can acces ahv and cvm? From your workstation or from your 2 vm’s in vlan 500?

Yes Vlan 500 is configured on the physical cisco switch.

From my workstation (10.2.0.6) I can access AHV & CVM (10.2.0.10 & 10.2.0.11) but can not access VMs (10.2.0.15 & 10.2.0.16)

I have configured the vlan on the external  switch, Still no connection to the VMs, External switch still shows up as unknown.

Looking at the AHV network the VM’s are not visible nor are they connected to any of the switches, what would I be missing?
