Hi,

I’ve already a MyNutanix and Next-Account, both with the same mailaddress. If I try to activate the community edition, ill get the response, that my mynutanix-Account seems to be not activated. But im just able to login to my mynutanix account.

If I Login to my Next-Account on my Nutanix-CE Server, ill get the Response:

Your .NEXT account does not have the required Community Edition. role. Please request the role from your Nutanix contact or on the .NEXT forum

Does someone have an idea ?

there is no solution on that tread, looks like I’m not the only one that have this issue


No, you’re not alone.  And all the answers seem the same before the thread dies out with no resolution.

Please forward/DM me the email ID you are trying to register.


This has worked for me:

Email portal-accounts@nutanix.com requesting access. Provide them with your My Nutanix email address and ask them to activate CE for you.
