Hi Nutanix Community,I am an undergraduate student from Sri Lanka with a deep passion for Nutanix infrastructure and platform technologies. I love learning and exploring new things to enhance my knowledge in this field. Recently, I successfully completed the NCP-MCI certification, and I am eager to pursue the NCM-MCI certification to further develop my skills.However, as a student, I currently do not have the financial means to afford the exam fee. Howdy,I wanted to verify what was required for my renewals.I got the below certifications:NCA: NCA: Nutanix Certified Associate 5.20 (08/31/2022)NCA: NCA: Nutanix Certified Associate 6.5 (09/06/2022) NCP: NCP-MCI - Nutanix Certified Professional 6.5 (11/15/2022) Am I correct in understanding that the 6.5 certifications will expire 2 years after the completion date (so 9/6/2024 and 11/15/2024)?  If so, that means that I basically need to retake the same two exams?Thanks!

I have got today my NCA Certification and received one e-mail with some info. There are some actions the email ask to follow like:In the meantime, you can Be on the lookout for an email from Credly’s Acclaim system to accept your digital badge Claim your reward points on Nutanix Connection https://www.nutanix.com/nutanix-connection – Nutanix Customers can redeem points for great Nutanix prizes Visit the NCP/NCAP Certification store at http://store.nutanix.com for shirts, mugs, and more I have already received the email from Credly with my digital badge and it is okWhen I try to connect to the Nutanix Connection, I receive the message:  Unfortunately, you do not have access to this hub. I am new on this and I have a doubt. What is the link to download Nutanix Exam certificates. Earlier there was a link on https://partners.nutanix.com/ which doesn’t work now. Credly.com doesn’t contain pdf certificate.Please suggest.

I see the problem yesterday 9:00 pm UTC -4, and now it’s still without solution. I will have my NCP-MCI in two hours (09.00 am UTC -4)

Exam Rebook Delay tactics

Good Day,I am writing to express my deep frustration with the service I have received regarding my exam rebooking request. More than 24 hours ago, I initiated a request to reschedule my exam, but to date, it remains unresolved. This delay has significantly disrupted my preparation for the exam, and I am extremely disappointed with the handling of this situation.According to your policy, rebooking must be done at least 24 hours before the exam, which I complied with. However, it seems that your team has been using delay tactics to ensure that the rebooking window expires. This practice is not only unprofessional but also unfair to customers who rely on timely support.The email correspondence below shows a clear record of my timely request and the subsequent delays caused by your team. PSI Online has redirected me to university@nutanix.com, and vice versa, leading to a frustrating cycle with no resolution. It appears that there is a lack of coordination and understanding within your team
