Hi All,As I am preparing for my NCM attempts I was wondering what the best way to practice for the certificate, especially that the exam is practical (Which I prefer over MCQ).  Any recommendations besides test drive?

Instead of focusing on what not to do, why don’t we use this space to share the techniques that have worked for us when preparing for exams?🤓Here are a few approaches that might inspire others:Video Tutorials and Forums: Watching YouTube videos or reading blogs from community members who share case studies, tutorials, or study guides has been incredibly helpful for me. Hearing someone explain concepts makes it easier for me to retain information.

I have already filled out the required information in the 'Contact Admin' form, but I have not yet received a response. Could you please assist me with this issue? Howdy,I wanted to verify what was required for my renewals.I got the below certifications:NCA: NCA: Nutanix Certified Associate 5.20 (08/31/2022)NCA: NCA: Nutanix Certified Associate 6.5 (09/06/2022) NCP: NCP-MCI - Nutanix Certified Professional 6.5 (11/15/2022) Am I correct in understanding that the 6.5 certifications will expire 2 years after the completion date (so 9/6/2024 and 11/15/2024)?  If so, that means that I basically need to retake the same two exams?Thanks!

More than 24 hours ago, I initiated a request to reschedule my exam, but to date, it remains unresolved. This delay has significantly disrupted my preparation for the exam, and I am extremely disappointed with the handling of this situation.According to your policy, rebooking must be done at least 24 hours before the exam, which I complied with. However, it seems that your team has been using delay tactics to ensure that the rebooking window expires. This practice is not only unprofessional but also unfair to customers who rely on timely support.The email correspondence below shows a clear record of my timely request and the subsequent delays caused by your team. PSI Online has redirected me to university@nutanix.com, and vice versa, leading to a frustrating cycle with no resolution. It appears that there is a lack of coordination and understanding within your team
