I have recently completed some training courses and certifications as a customer. However, I am unable to access Nutanix Connection to claim my reward points. I have already filled out the required information in the 'Contact Admin' form, but I have not yet received a response. Could you please assist me with this issue? Additionally, has there been any policy or access rights change that I should be aware of?
