Hello, 

I am at the latest and greatest of PC (2022.04.0.1) and trying to run a new capacity planning scenario, I am met with the immediate error: RPC error kTransportError raised

I have restarted PC, manually restarted some services, etc. and I am unable to get past it to actually create a new scenario so I was curious if this is a known issue or if anyone has hit it before. There is one old thread that talks about upgrading PC to resolve it, but I am at the latest currently. Any thoughts welcomed.
