I was wondering if there’s a release date for AOS 6.5.1? We’d like to update to the new LTS, especially for our SQL cluster.

We do not share exact release dates, because the releases often get postponed if the QA team finds any issues during the testing. I can only share that we are expecting 6.5.1 to be released really soon.
