How to enable Quadro vDWS on Frame

We are looking to evaluate nvidia t4 for vDWS on Xi-Frame.   I’m looking for how to enable the Quadro vDWS licensing on the AHV nodes?   Is there detailed instructions for how to get this feature enabled?
