its there any way to create karbon cluster with static ip ? if Yes then how its possible.. default worker node and master nodes are assigned with DHCP ip pools .. we cant mange IPs address. please help us .

You require AHV IPAM or DHCP. Get a range of IPs and configure them in AHV IPAM.
