You need to go to https://www.nutanixuniversity.com/ where you need to find NCP-MCI exam page. From there you need to follow “Schedule the Exam” section. Then you will be redirected to the PSI page, where you can book your time spot and apply your promo code.

I’m not sure which kind of promo code you’re using, but assuming, that it's an exam discount.
So when you move to https://home.psiexams.com/ you need to find NCA 5.20 exam from the list then click to schedule and follow the instructions. You need to apply your promo at the payment section.
When I search for the NCA 5.20 exam, I can't find anything, and even the promo code doesn't work NESS22XM Can you test on your side ?

@mikkisse this is an excellent reply, thank you for the walkthrough.
When I’m logged into psiexams I don’t have access to the same options you do (see screenshot below). There’s no way for me to select an exam or provide payment details, which means I’m not able to get to the point where I can enter the promo code at checkout.
It might have something to do with the fact that I’m logging into PSI via some kind of Nutanix university SSO redirect.
I’ve reached out to support@university.nutanix.com and they’ve informed me that they’re looking into enabling something on my company’s accounts. I’ll update the thread with more info once we’ve resolved the issue.
