Replace node in 2-Node ROBO cluster

Hi,
we have a Nutanix 2-Node ROBO cluster and we need to replace one of the two nodes. Reading from documentation seams not feasable as operation.

Do you have any ideas?

HI @Andrea Meneghinello

In a 2-node ROBO cluster, replacing a complete node isn’t supported. I think that the only way to do it would be:

  1. Backup your data and VMs.
  2. Tear down the cluster.
  3. Replace the hardware and rebuild the cluster from scratch.

Hope that helps!

Yes,

as support informs me the only way is to move the VMs on another cluster and perform again the Nutanix Foundation on the remaining node and new one.
