I had a WIN VM up and running.

But I have uninstalled the NUTANIX GUEST tools and VM MOBILITY tools.

Now the VM is broken and I cannot boot.



Can you help me to start over ?
I see you are a NX customer, can you please file a support ticket on portal.nutanix.com, and support can work with you over WebEx to fix your issue?

Which hypervisor you used ?

As long as no vm migration between hypervisor (ESXi and AHV) no need to install NGT and vm mobility. You can use virtio for driver library
How to install the virtIO drivers ?
Please file a support ticket and we'll get this all sorted out with you on WebEx, so that we resolve the issue you have now, and make sure you're set for going forward.
