If there is a RF2 cluster and it suffers a drive failure, is it normal to see “resiliency status” on critical mode while the drive data is being rebuild?

There is a chance for data resiliency to go critical due to disks being offline. It depends on the type of the drive. Could you please let me know the No: of SSDs and HDDs per node?
+1It is actually a theoretical question, not a real scenario. But I'm assuming an scenario with the minimun SSD and HDDs requested.
