I have almost 200 Virtual machine in my AHV environment . Is there anyway to summary operating system in each virtual machine, Does it have any tool like rvtool in vmware ?

You could use APIv2 GET /vms there is guest-os field.
Additionally, see this post (although a bit old) Export list of VMs OS Types.
