License Expiry - Can we move to PAYG cloud license for on-prem?

Hello,

We have licenses for our on-prem servers that are expiring in a couple of weeks and we don’t have approval to spend the money to renew them just yet. I can do monthly billing with no-commitment though.  I’m wondering if we can switch the licenses to use PAYG licenses through the Azure marketplace, AWS marketplace or similar. Is it possible to pay for licenses on a monthly term and use them for our on-prem systems? Here’s what we have for licensing.
