Thanks for reaching out. As of now, we have the implementation of Prometheus/Grafana in Nutanix Karbon (enterprise-grade Kubernetes Certified distribution that simplifies the provisioning, operations and lifecycle management of Kubernetes).
We do not have a doc that demonstrates the implementation of Prometheus/Grafana for Nutanix Prism Element clusters as of now. Should we implement this in the near future, I or someone from the Nutanix community shall update this thread!.

Some of the useful information on the topic:
- Prometheus is an automatically deployed add-on.
- To deploy Grafana you would need to use Tillerless Helm on Nutanix Karbon.
- There is also post here in the community Grafana on Nutanix Karbon.
