Upstream connection error: reset due to connection failure before headers

Hey guys, newbie to the forum here. I recently setup a ce version of Nutanix in our work lab environment on vsphere. Up until last week I was able to log into the gui, I can still login via putty.

When I try to log into the gui now, via xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:9440/console/#login - I get the above message.

I have also had the message "server is not reachable”

I did think about trying the install again but thought I would ask the question first and see if anyone else has had the same problem and if so how they got around it?  Thanks in advance.

    Can you connect to the cluster directly on a CVM’s IP?  

    You can also try this from the command line (my common initial go-to):

    cluster status (from any CVM to find out who the ZeusLeader is)

    SSH to the ZeusLeader, and run:

    genesis restart 

    cluster start

    That’s what I usually do first, anyway.  Please follow-up if this does or doesn’t work.

    Hi there and thanks for the prompt response.

    I can connect to it via putty but not from the gui.

    As I mentioned it’s a simulator so installed from an iso.

    Those are 2 separate commands.

     

    1. genesis restart
    2. cluster start

    Thanks, guys, it’s now stuck at this prompt and has been so for the last 10 minutes, is it doing anything?
