Issue for adding Deal registration approval ID to Nutanix Scenario


Dear Support

I tried to add Opportunity Id or Deal Registration Approval Id to Nutanix Scenario but I got error evrytime

Hello Amr Hafez, There are two deal reg IDs associated with the opportunity. The expired deal reg ID was marked as primary on the opportunity and hence the failure.

I just got an email from concerned team that the new deal reg ID is marked as primary, can you give a try now and see if it works?

Hello Amr,

Contact your the opportunity owner (Nutanix Account Manager) to link the DR approval ID with the Opportunity. That’s it, if the issue still exist loop partnerhelp@nutanix.com.

Hello Amr,

Usually it happens when there's a mandatory item not configured like NICs, or you selected unavailable or EOS item like some broadcom NICs which there PNs changed for HPE, or like some DX old chassis. However, reconfigure the sizing scenario or communicate with your distributor or Nutanix SE.
