Either be hired on by Nutanix or an Authorized Training Center.
There is currently an open trainer position in the US if you check https://careers.nutanix.com

Don’t we need any kind of instructor certification.
I am VCI (VMware Certified Instructor) and MCT (Microsoft Certified Trainer) for Azure.
