I am also nutanix certified, I received my badge through Credly.
I don't know if it works differently for your certification but you can check the following page if it can help:

Hi There,
you have to create your account in https://info.credly.com/ to get your batches. Post exam with in 48 hr you will receive the certification email to access the badge from credly.

Then you will receive an email (can take a couple of days) from credly to claim you badge.

You may also received this procedure on Nutanix Email that confirm you have successfully completed NCA exam scoring xxx out of xxx.

+4Normally you should recevied email from Credly. if you don’t account on Credly you can create one.
You should receive an email notification to accept your badge (or that one is issued if auto acceptance is turned on for Nutanix as a vendor) within 1 week of your passed exam. If you don’t receive a notification and badge email support@education.nutanix.com to see if there is a problem with the processing of your certification… I just had to recently and they will assist you directly.
