Can we export VM Snapshot out from Cluster using WinScp? If can is there any workaround to do it?
+4I believe snapshot export is not possible, the only option i can see is restore a snapshot as cloned instance and than you can download it.

snapshots are bit different. Easiest method is clone the snapshot to a new machine and download that machine.
