Resolved Issues

  • Several critical issues were resolved, including:
    • VM restore from HYCU backups leading to frequent acropolis restarts.
    • vNUMA-enabled VMs failing to restart after a High Availability (HA) event​​.
    • Windows 11 VMs failing to start with specific configurations on AOS 6.5.5 with AHV-20220304.478 or later versions​.
    • Issues with host optimization on Windows VMs resulting in stalls​.

Upgrade and Compatibility

  • Users are recommended to upgrade to the latest supported AHV version soon after upgrading AOS.
  • Compatibility matrices should be consulted before installing or upgrading to ensure hardware and software interoperability​​.

Supportability and Interoperability

  • Features such as Citrix Cloud connection, cross-hypervisor disaster recovery, integrated IP address management, and more are supported across various hypervisors like AHV, ESXi, and Hyper-V​ ​.
