I tried to launch my scheduled exam but exam launcher was stuck on remove team viewer from my laptop. This application was not installed on my laptop but still was getting same error. Due to that I was not able to attend my exam.

I think you should have tried contacting PSI Online support on chat / phone, not sure in which stage your client stuck. Also i’ve found an email address as well: Nutanix.support@psionline.com
Luckily i never had this problem, even with Teamviewer installed on my macbook. But i have tested in the past that you can close the exam and join back again if your application got stuck.
If you are lucky you can still use this voucher to book another exam: NEXT2021FRXS (it should work for all exams, not just NCA)
I think it’s valid until October 8th.
