Prism Central Deplotment failure

Hello all!

 

I hope everyone has had a wonderful start to the new year and a wonderful holiday season as well.

 

I am running into the following error (shown in reply) when trying to deploy a new prism central instance

 

I have tried to google around and also looking at various support topics and forums, but I have had no luck finding anything relating to what causes this.

 

I have renewed the SSL certificate in the settings menu, but that did nothing for me.

 

any help or guidance on where to find more information will be very much appreciated.

Hello @biscuitmayne 

First, try the clear the browser cache and data, and try to use Microsoft Edge. If it doesn’t work, you need to check the NTP setting on in your cluster, make sure when deploying Prism central to use UTC time zone.

First, try the clear the browser cache and data, and try to use Microsoft Edge. If it doesn’t work, you need to check the NTP setting on in your cluster, make sure when deploying Prism central to use UTC time zone.

It was indeed such a simple thing that I over looked during my troubleshooting. I was able to deploy Prism Central successfully!
