Please advise me is it support Server 2019 Hyper V on Nutanix? I unable to Find the article on Nutanix Portal with server 2019? I am planing to migrate from Server 2012 hyper v failover cluster to 2019 Server Hyper V failover Cluster? Which AOS Version is support Server 2019?

Nutanix Compatibility matrix has Hyper-V 2019 in the drop-down of the hypervisor field. If you select that option then you will see available hardware and AOS versions (5.18 and 5.19). Let me know if that answers your question, please.

Yes but it is only mentioned server 2016.
