I am working to create a 4 node cluster.  I have 4 Dell Optiplex 7000s, each with 64gb ram, core i7 processors (12 cores) , I have a 32gb Samsung USB for the boot drive and 2 - WD Black SN770 2TB NVME drives for storage.  the install completes successfully.  but upon reboot, i get a couple of errors right after i get the login prompt and the CMV will enter a paused state.

the weird thing is device 8086:462d and 8086:7ac8 are the intel PCIe bus adapters and not the drives themselves. the node will boot up, but is very unstable with cluster service crashing randomly.  I have tried some different drives, WD SN770 2TB.  and Hynix 1TB and 512 TB and 2TB. the 512 and 1tb drives work perfectly, but the 2TB drives, both Hynix and WD get the errors.

I did some digging with google. and found some errors similar to mine with both RedHat and Ubuntu Linux. and while they are not related to Nutanix, it turns out the Active State Power Management can cause these errors.  I disable all power management in the BIOS/UEFI on these systems and that seems to have resolved my issues so far.  I hope this helps other that are having issues with NVMe drives.
