No PE available with OVA capability

I am getting the above error message when I try to upload my first OVA. Is there something that I need to do in PE to enable this feature

Can you please provide me with the screenshot of the error you see? What version of Prism Central is this?

I’m running PC 2101.1. Below is the screen shot. This is a dark site.
