I am trying to use a Cisco 3750X as a star core switch and connect a Nutanix server using twinax cable 10GB.
Can you confirm if the installation is compatible?

The vast majority of our customers use TwinAx, for its low cost and high performance.
I will say, Cisco Catalyst switches specifically are really picky about the BRAND of SFP's in their system, so you will very likely need to use Cisco branded TwinAx.
Cisco Nexus does not have this same issue, and they work fine with the vast majority of TwinAx, including those shipped with the Nutanix products.
