I received the cfs file during the licensing manual registration process and have not proceeded further since then.

The problem is
you have a pending licensing action. finish the process by uploading a license summary file.
This is because the alarm keeps popping up and the license registration process cannot be canceled.
Please let me know how to end this alarm.

I'm not quite sure what alarm you're referring to, a screenshot would be useful here.
The csf file should be uploaded to the licensing portal and the lsf file you receive in return uploaded into your Prism console.
Have you done that?

I didn't proceed with the work you said.
The reason is that a normal license is already registered.
I don't have any screenshots right now.
From the 2nd step mentioned above, it seems that a log requesting to proceed with the task is generated.
I'm asking because I don't want to re-register my license.
In the manual license process, I would like not to proceed with another process after the first step.
However, in Nutanix, a log alarm is being generated to proceed.

I just want to stop the registration process and make sure that no alarms are generated.

I believe you can cancel the pending license operation and it'll carry on as before as if you'd accidentally clicked it for example.

If you go to the license portal in prism central (Admin Center → Licensing) then click on “Manually Manage Licenses”
And then you can click “Cancel Pending Action”.
