Hello everyone,
I’m trying to install the Nutanix File Analytics application.
I got a message ‘ File Analytics server deployment is in progress’ when I click the link ‘Deploy File Analytics’.
Before this happened, I’ve tried same link and configured File analytics options and clicked the ‘Deploy’ in filnal. It was something that there was no problem.
But the installation was stopped in 1% progress, means no more advance.
Anybody could help me, please…

It seems like the deployment task stuck. You can confirm if the task is still with ergon (if the task is not active in Prism):
ecli task.listAnd open a case with support please so that they can run a cleanup script to allow for the new deployment task to succeed.

As u mentioned, I’ve contacted Nutanix support, resolved problem.
It was a case of deployment task stuck. Using the cleanup script, everything was O.K
