License Feature Violation is triggered when a feature running on the cluster doesn’t have the proper tier of License. From the CVM you can get the details of the allowed license features and check which one is showing as false:

If you do not want to use the feature any more, you can disable the feature and run NCC check to resolve the alert.
if you wish to continue using the feature please check the Software Tier table and apply/purchase the proper licenses.
