We’re excited to offer a limited -time opportunity to complete the beta certification exams for Nutanix Certified Associate (NCA) 6.10 and Nutanix Certified Professional - Multicloud Infrastructure (NCP-MCI) 6.10 for free through November 3, 2024.



What is the purpose of each exam? 

The NCA 6.10 beta exam validates your skills and abilities to navigate the Prism UI, extrapolate information from the UI, and know how to use the UI for basic operational tasks. Successful candidates have approximately 6-12 months of holistic IT infrastructure experience as well as 3-6 months of Nutanix virtualization experience.

The NCP-MCI 6.10 beta exam measures your ability to interpret documented standards and perform key administrative tasks, such as deploying, configuring, migrating, troubleshooting, expanding, and managing within a Nutanix multicloud platform environment. Successful candidates have approximately 1-2 years of holistic IT infrastructure experience, while having at least 6-12 months of Nutanix administration experience.

 

How do the beta exams work?

The NCA and NCP-MCI 6.10 beta exams are open for testing at no charge and are available to take via remote proctoring or in-person at a test center. As a beta tester, you get free early access to the exam and help us refine the final version.

How do I prepare for the beta exam? 

NCA 6.10 Beta Exam

To prepare for the exam, we recommend you complete the online Nutanix Hybrid Cloud Fundamentals (NHCF) course. This course explores the features that Prism Central offers for centralized infrastructure monitoring and management. Get started with the Nutanix platform as quickly as possible, and discuss key Nutanix concepts, configure and monitor a cluster, and perform basic management tasks.

Make sure to also read the Exam Blueprint Guide for more information about the exam, including exam objectives and references, and complete the NCA 6.10 practice exam to help you prepare. 

NCP-MCI 6.10 Beta Exam

To prepare for this exam, we recommend you complete the online Nutanix Enterprise Cloud Administration (ECA) course. With Prism Central as the focal point, this course illustrates the breadth and depth of Nutanix’s centralized management capabilities, and explores topics such as configuring and maintaining a cluster, creating and managing VMs, identifying and remediating performance issues, and more.
