If you see a warning that says, "Warning! The current license level does not allow for the use of this feature" while creating a File Server, you can still proceed by clicking Continue. This warning is informational and will not prevent the file server creation process from continuing.

If the CONTINUE field is greyed out, you need to download the file image and set the data services IP. This will enable the CONTINUE button.
