Cannot kill a async protection domain migration task running

Hey Nutants, 
Iam back with the complicated question once again, iam sure this is not straight forward question and not easy to resolve without support, however let me see if I can get any support from this panel.

I have started a migration of a vms through a AsyncPD as my AOS version is 6.5.5.5 and cannot do a cross cluster vm migration to with out a PD, this PD has completed its replication 98% and got stuck for 24 hours now.

I have attempted multiple times to abort the migration but with no success, please see the screenshot below.

Note: I dont want to complete the migration anymore.

kindly dont tell me to contact Nutanix support as I dont have an active license. :)

Hi ​@Aleim27,

Have you tried following commands: If not please give a try on any CVM.

  • ncli task list
  • ncli task cancel task-id=<task_id>
