here i would like to share the issue which i face related to memory . and action taken to fix it . 

  1. open support case with and shared NCC logs 
  2. IPMI page of affected host. Click on Server Health -> Health Event Logs. Click on ALL EVENTS in log category, select ALL SEVERITIES and click SAVE (shared logs with support)
  3. idetified memory module 
  4. support engineer raise the part replacement order 
  5. replace the part with the help of onsite engineer 
  6. run NCC and all well
