A customer has asked me to deploy nutanix secure snapshots. So to deploy that feature I have to use “approval policies” wich at the same time requests calm or self-service…
This customer only has this licensing:
Im not able to find if he has enought licensing level to deploy calm or self-service. Can you please help me?

This is what I use when it comes to licensing https://www.nutanix.com/products/cloud-platform/software-options
Self Service is under the NCM Bundle.
You would need to get a NCM License, don’t quote me but if I recall correctly Nutanix does allow you to bundle NCI and NCM.

+2Thanks! Based on that link NCM is requested and the customer doen’t have it so he should ask for it to the sales team.
please correct me if I am mistaken, when you have Prism central (that means you already have at least NCM starter) without NCM starter, you will not be able to add clusters to your Prism central.

I will ask the sales teams, but meanwhile when I check the customer availeble licensing from his Prism central he only has:
NCM is not mentioned anywhere..
for licensing, always refer to customer Nutanix portal.
login with customer email to my.nutanix.com and go to licensing section.you will see all available licenses in there.
