hmmmmm so templates are nowhere near as good as Vmware customizations! Not used to have to be messing with sysprep and I’m already having issues 😥! Our customisations for windows servers in VMWare just worked. Once the template was built we just deployed from template and filled in name and IP’s along with the usual hardware configs and the VMs deployed and joined our domain.
