Hi all,
after migrating SQL Server(2K12) from ESXi to AHV, all schedule jobs whithin SQL server are taking much longer.
any idea what could lead to this behavior?

When u have performance issues after migration there might be too many things to check.
- Check if the SQL VM is configured using BP.
- Check if you have any stale components need to be cleanup after migration.
- You can use Prism statistics to monitor performance of VM while the jobs are running and identify where is bottleneck.
- Some times increasing CVM RAM can also help as it will increase the unified cache (check with support first)
- and you can always open case with support to identify the bottleneck in performance.
