I was scheduled to take the NCM-MCI exam but was unable to proceed due to a technical issue on the PSI platform:
"Sorry, we are not able to build your assessment."
I contacted PSI support, and the issue was logged under ticket numbers #5072933 and #5073189. They confirmed the problem was not from my side, and unfortunately, I lost my exam session.
Could you please advise on the steps I should take to reschedule my exam or if any further action is required from my end?
