Hi All, Just wondering is there anyway to find the uptime of a virtual machine running on AHV?

We cannot find the uptime of UVMs from Nutanix end as per today, hopefully we might have this feature in the future. You can always find uptime of UVMs specific to OS using commands internal to UVMs/OS. I found an article online that can help you: How to Find Your Computer’s Uptime and Installation Date
